Alfredo joined USMAC in 2004 as a mentor and then took over as Co-CEO in 2010, where he expanded US MAC’s partner programs and introduced the “Go Global” Silicon Valley accelerator program. Alfredo has over 25 years of business development and management consulting experience in the information technology sector. He has advised over 300 early-stage technology companies in his career and he also worked with large multinationals such as Adobe, Microsoft, Nortel Networks, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to US MAC, Alfredo was president and co-founder of two Canadian startups, where he established offices in Ottawa, Toronto, and San Francisco, California. Alfredo is a certified Kauffman FastTrac instructor and teaches the “Tech Venture” and “GrowthVenture” curricula to foreign entrepreneurs and economic development groups worldwide.
Andrew Tang is a managing director of DFJ DragonFund. He has experience in both operation and investment in high-tech companies in a wide variety of sectors, especially in TMT hardware, advanced materials, and clean technology. Before CSFB, Mr. Tang was a senior engineer and marketing manager at Intel Corporation. He was responsible for chip design as well as market enabling for the Pentium and Itanium processors.
Bill Reichert is co-founder and Managing Director of Garage Technology Ventures, a seed and early stage venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. He is also a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, a global venture capital firm with offices in Silicon Valley and around the world. Earlier in his career, Bill worked for McKinsey & Co., the World Bank in Washington, DC, and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., in New York.
Phil Yoon is the founder and General Partner of Big Basin Capital. Since founding Big Basin, he has raised two seed-stage funds and invested in more than 20 startups in Korea and the US in various sectors such as mobile application, e-commerce, enterprise software. Prior to Big Basin, Phil was the Investment Director at Walden International, a global VC headquartered in Silicon Valley, where he honed his skills in cross-border investments.
Kiha Lee co-founded Sazze, Inc. in Silicon Valley in 2005 and serves as CEO. Sazze, Inc. is a parent company to a number of fast-growing eCommerce sites including DealsPlus.com, Whizwallet.com, and Lately (formerly ShopLately). In 2012, he joined Primer as a partner, and in 2014 he launched Sazze Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm that invests in Korea and the U.S. Kiha currently lives and works in Silicon Valley.
